1. Set Duration & Destination
Yule: each player chooses their own undertaking (instead of one shared by the Company), all Player-heroes age a year, and those who don't choose Heal Scars earn bonus XP.
2. Spiritual Recovery
If the last Adventuring Phase was a positive outcome against the Shadow, each Player-hero removes 1-3 Shadow points.
3. Choose Undertakings
Ordinary phase: the Company picks one shared undertaking, plus one free undertaking (calling/proficiency permitting). Yule: each player picks their own, plus one shared free undertaking.
4. Yule โ Bonus XP & Ageing
Each Player-hero who did not choose Heal Scars earns bonus XP equal to 10 ร Intelligence score ร character level.

Each branch: Tier 1 (3 FP) unlocks its effect. Tier 2 (+10 FP, 13 total) deepens it, and โ the first time either branch reaches Tier 2 โ unlocks a free personal proficiency/Expertise pick for one Player-hero. Tier 3 (+30 FP, shared, once either branch reaches Tier 2) grants a Wondrous Item or equivalent RAW-based reward. Tier 2 requires Camp Phase 2+, Tier 3 requires Phase 3+.
